 Lead, mentor, and train service technicians and support staff to enhance team performance and skill development
 Assist in assigning and scheduling work to maximize resource utilization and ensure optimal task distribution
 Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to support staff growth and development
 Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment that encourages team engagement
 Professionally address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure satisfaction
 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a consistent and high level of service
 Oversee daily operations, including workflow, quality control, and service department efficiency
 Implement process improvements to boost productivity, efficiency, and overall service quality
 Manage the department's budget, tracking labor, parts, and overhead costs to optimize financial performance
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance department efficiency and stay aligned with broader business goals 
Skills & Experience:
 A diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a degree in Management
 Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a service and sales-focused organization
 Strong customer orientation with a demonstrated history of success in service management
 Practical experience as a technician, either in the field or within a workshop setting
