As our Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our agricultural concepts and products to clients, while understanding their specific crop needs. You'll play a crucial role in developing innovative farming practices, conducting research, and solving complex agricultural challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Nurture existing client relationships and expand accounts.
• Manage account operations, respond to customer inquiries, forecast demands, and facilitate service arrangements and product orders.
• Generate new leads and capitalize on existing opportunities to drive business growth.
• Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to showcase our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Matric qualification.
• BSc in Agriculture or related field.

Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience as an agronomist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of agricultural inputs is advantageous.
• Ability to build trust and instill confidence in clients through comprehensive product knowledge, impactful presentations, and objection handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the complete sales process.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
