Technical Sales Engineer
Job Description
Job Summary Develop a deep understanding of machines, including their technical specifications and capabilities. Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their specific needs, and proposing tailored technical solutions. Collaborate with our engineering team to design and propose customized solutions that meet client requirements. Assist the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and preparation of quotes and proposals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering technical support and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing input to help shape our sales and product strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and technical documentation. Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical sales or a similar role in the manufacturing industry. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as needed.
