Must have a B. Sc. Degree in Agriculture or similar
Completion of the AVCASA/CropLife course is essential
Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in the area
Must have strong marketing orientation and skills
Background in plant physiology is advantageous
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Driving sales through proactive engagement and strategies.
Conducting regular visits to agents to maintain strong relationships.
Focusing on promoting company products to the relevant distributors.
Providing technical support to agents regarding product inquiries.
Coordinating product deliveries with head office.
Arranging and evaluating product trials.
Developing and implementing marketing-oriented strategies to boost sales.
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and market trends.
Collaborating with agents to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
