Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in sourcing, screening, and securing qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Engage both online and offline with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand, expedite our time-to-placement, and ensure we attract top-notch professionals.
• Primary focus will be to build a robust tech talent pipeline, contributing to the recruitment and retention of skilled employees for our IT positions.
• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Conduct end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Utilize specialized skills to screen IT resumes.
• Draft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants'' abilities.
• Analyze information and responses obtained during interviews.
• Verify applicant information, skills, and qualifications.
• Coordinate and manage interviews by aligning diary schedules.
• Manage and organize feedback on interviews.
• Negotiate job offers between applicants and clients.
• Conclude the recruitment process.
• Promote the company's reputation as an excellent workplace.
• Stay updated on new technological trends and products.

• 2 - 3 years proven work experience as a Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with diverse interview formats.
• Technical expertise to comprehend and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
• Familiarity with resume databases.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and portal searches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

• R20 000 xe2x80x93 R25 000 per month.
