Job Description

As the Technical Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be required to have a mix of business, sales, and technical abilities.

The successful candidate should be a result driven individual who can operate with a sense of professionalism under pressure. Can communicate and present technical concepts and enjoys interacting with clients. This individual must be able to work proactively and take initiative to track down a resource when they need to find answers or solve problems. This role supports the sales team by conceptualizing business models and building customized product demonstrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in closing new business. Product demonstrations and presentation with potential clients. Assist with completion of RFQs/RFPs. Develop relationship with prospects and existing customers via conference calls, web meetings and attending face-to-face customer meetings, as necessary. Analyze client requirements, conceptualize possible solutions, and tailor demonstrations and assist sales with proposals to customer needs. Coordinate between Sales and Implementation teams, as necessary. POC design/implementation as required. Customer End user training of solutions developed and deployed. Application integration between client products and third-party applications. Keeping up to date with the latest technological advancements and trends to provide customers with relevant and up-to-date information Collaborating with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet the customer's unique needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

You have 3-5 years of experience, and you possess a passion for IT and technology. You take a proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs even when they are sometimes not aware of these needs. You can present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence. You speak fluently to clients and colleagues alike and have a great command of the English language. You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push your own limits. Previous experience with ITSM Platforms and Facilities management solutions is required

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Self-motivation and excellent time management. An inquisitive nature and desire to understand how to solve problems with an analytical mindset to solving business problems. Work well in and across teams as well as independently. The ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple, non-technical language. Experience in Enterprise Architecture will be an advantage. Previous working experience within Enterprise and large complex organisations is desirable.
