Job Purpose: The role of the Technical Business Analyst is instrumental in aligning the PaySpace system with our customers' business operations. This role is rooted in the principles of systems thinking, encompassing big-picture analysis and an understanding of the intricate interrelatedness of various facets that need consideration. The incumbent is expected to exhibit expertise in system development and application design, bridging the realms of IT and comprehensive business knowledge. Moreover, this role involves the preparation of technical reports. It is essential for the incumbent to comfortably interact with customers at all organizational levels. Proficiency in the PaySpace API layer, along with hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, is fundamental. A strong command of Power Automate, Power BI, and substantial Java experience is also a prerequisite for this role. As a billable position, this role is performance-driven. Responsibilities:

• Utilizing technology to propose and deliver technical solutions that address customers' operational challenges and requirements.

• Ensuring that system functionality effectively resolves challenges by collaborating with customers and internal departments to seamlessly integrate PaySpace with their business operations.

• Applying best practices in architecture when identifying solutions for customers.

• Following extensive consultation (including gathering, interpreting, and translating), drafting and communicating Functional and System Integration specifications to elucidate how a technological solution aligns with specific business requirements and integrates diverse technological elements to solve problems or meet business needs.

• Conducting solution demonstrations and testing to illustrate how the solution operates in real-life scenarios after its development.

• Enhancing PaySpace efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and encryption, guided by the Security Compliance Manager.

• Demonstrating a deep understanding of third-party apps like Power Automate and Power BI, among others, to deliver the most effective technical solutions to customers. This role also entails the preparation of technical reports for both internal and customer use when required.

• Reporting to management and securing approval for system development projects if necessary.

• Ensuring proficiency among end-users.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with the PaySpace Product as a senior Professional Services Senior Consultant.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar, is advantageous.

• Proficiency in strong analytical skills applied to understanding business functionality and translating them into technical requirements.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as JAVA.

• Extensive experience with API testing tools, particularly Postman.

• Ability to facilitate end-user proficiency.

• Proficiency in data security and encryption.

• A commitment to staying abreast of IT advancements.

• Exceptional communication and consulting skills.
