MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Standard 10/Grade 12 or equivalent

National Diploma in Operations/Production Management(advantageous)

Formal training or certification in training methodologies

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a trainer in the promotional branding or related industries.

Knowledge and practical application of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.

Attention to detail and the ability to observe and identify deviations from established processes

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA

Conduct and facilitate comprehensive training sessions for packing personnel on established packaging standards and procedures.



Regularly perform sustain checks to verify adherence to packing processes and identify compliance gaps.



Document findings from sustain checks and communicate reports and recommendations to the Technical Packaging Lead and Technical Department Manager.



Provide ongoing support and feedback to packing staff to reinforce training and ensure continuous improvement in packing quality.



Identify training gaps and coordinate remedial training or coaching sessions as required.



Collaborate with the Technical Packaging Lead to update and refine training materials based on feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.



Assist in the implementation of ergonomic best practices during training sessions to ensure employee comfort and safety.
