Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of our IT services contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the contract, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the client's IT infrastructure and services. This role requires a strong technical leader with a proven track record in managing complex IT operations and delivering exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire technical delivery of the IT services contract, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations are met or exceeded. Lead and manage a large, multi-disciplinary team of technical staff, including infrastructure, data center, server support, and helpdesk personnel. Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the client's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and services. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Manage major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. Oversee IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience in a senior IT operations management or technical leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and services contracts. Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of IT domains, including data centers, networking, server administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring technical teams. Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
