Technical Operations Manager (Pre/Post sales)

CTC R80 000 - R90 000 pm (not negotiable)

This value-added distributor of market leading cybersecurity technology solutions is trusted around the globe, empower their South African and IT Partners with best-in-class solutions, support services, and managed services to enhance their cybersecurity offerings and secure impactful solutions to their security needs.

You will manage and lead technical teams' function. This leadership role requires strong project management capabilities, a customer outcomes-focused mind set and hands-on experience managing a technical service team in a high-paced channel-driven environment.

Your key responsibilities include: post-sales leadership & team management project management and service delivery customer success & experience service process & quality assurance reporting & strategic input.
Your qualification should be: Bachelor's degree in IT, project management, or related technical field 5 + years' experience in post-sales, service delivery, or IT support with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role experience in cybersecurity, IT distribution, or managed services project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, Agile) advantageous familiarity with leading cybersecurity vendors.
