Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for an experienced Technical Manager: Site Manager to join their operations in the North West!
Responsibilities:
- Estimate material, labour, and overhead costs to support accurate budgeting and tender preparation.
- Oversee production reporting, mine planning, surveying, and technical systems to ensure project efficiency.
- Monitor project execution to ensure it aligns with the contract, remains profitable, and is delivered on time.
- Liaise with clients on contractual matters and assist in managing commercial claims and payment processes.
- Lead operational teams, ensure compliance with SHEQ standards, and contribute to talent development and training.
- Grade 12 or N3 or N4
- Degree in Mining Engineering
- Project Management Certificate
- Blasting Certificate
- 5 years' experience in Project Management in an opencast mining environment
- Salary: R1.5m - R1.8m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)

- Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
- Salary: negotiable.
