Technical Lead
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead (TOGAF certified) to oversee solution architecture, guide technical teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define and design enterprise-level solution architectures.
Ensure alignment with TOGAF standards, frameworks, and principles.
Lead development teams and provide technical direction.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects.
Requirements
TOGAF certification required.
Minimum 7+ years' experience in IT architecture or technical leadership.
Strong expertise in systems integration, cloud (Azure/AWS), and enterprise applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven leadership in delivering large-scale technical projects.
