You'll work alongside talented professionals keeping things running like a well-oiled machine for our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) clients xe2x80x93 supporting 35+ businesses across the group.

  • Lead cross-functional squads of developers, testers, and access specialists
  • Translate business buzz into technical brilliance
  • Keep the SAP engine humming through upgrades, change requests, and ongoing support
  • Be the link between our clients and the SAP CoE
  • Ensure top-notch governance, compliance, and delivery magic
Key Responsibilities (AKA What You'll Crush Daily):
  • JIRA? You own it xe2x80x93 from intake to allocation.
  • Client cadences, backlog balancing, and priority juggling? Childxe2x80x99s play.
  • Be a watchdog for audit, compliance, and SAP change protocols.
  • Stay ahead of SAP HCM legislation and system upgrades.
  • Mentor your team, champion best practices, and keep the delivery drum beating.
What Makes You Our Dream Candidate?
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
  • ITIL Certification or equivalent
Knowledge:
  • SAP service delivery, SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors xe2x80x93 you know it all
  • JIRA, Waterfall and Agile? Tick, tick, tick.
  • Bonus: ABAP, Self Service apps, and SF Talent modules
Skills:
  • Strategic thinker, detailed doer, confident communicator
  • Problem solver with Jedi-level time and stakeholder management
  • Team motivator who thrives under pressure
Experience:
  • 8+ years in SAP Service Delivery / HCM Team Lead roles
  • 5+ years hands-on with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
  • Been there, done that: 2xe2x80x933 full SAP HCM implementation cycles
