Technical Lead - JHB / CPT / Hybrid - R1.4m PA

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Play a key role developing and deploying our apps and platform
• Act as a squad tech lead, guiding the direction of development and ensuring adherence to the highest coding, design, and quality standards
• Collaborate with the squad's functional leads, e.g. product and design, and stakeholders to deliver the product roadmap, turning product requirements into scalable solutions that make a difference for our clients and users
• Collaborate in the development of our architecture and play a leading role in technology choices and innovation
