Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Bsc Food Science or any other food related qualification
- 5 -10 years experience in sales within a food manufacturing environment /FMCG
- 5 10 years Commercial experience
- 5 10 years Butchery Operations knowledge/experience
- Butchery equipment knowledge/experience advantageous
- 5 10 years Meat processing experience
- Experience in managing key account customers.
- Help and assist customers with making of product, training, provide guidance and problem solving (factories and butcheries)
- Create new product lines and grow business / GP of the business
- Learn and apply client classifications
- Plan on building market share across all categories
- Drive and achieve, volumes and budgets across all categories
- Build solid long standing client relationships
- Absolute focus on customer and service
- Develop new relationships through field visits
- Develop agreements for factory accounts
- Implementing suggested savings and tracking the value of the saving
- Cost control, waste elimination, production flows and effective process controls
- Driving Capex projects and managing Budgets
- NPD developing and pitching new products to our customers.
