Are you a seasoned Technical Engineering Manager who is able to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive the delivery of industrial projects across Energy, Water, and Waste Treatment?

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead engineering and construction teams across diverse disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.)
• Oversee technical studies, audits, and tender proposals with a focus on quality, cost, and timelines
• Develop and expand portfolios in Energy Management, Water Treatment, and Waste Treatment, staying ahead of tech trends
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and project milestones for studies and audits
• Represent the company in client meetings, vendor negotiations, and industry events
• Translate client specs into smart, cost-effective engineering solutions
• Approve technical deliverables and ensure compliance with internal and client standards
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Prepare execution plans, pricing models, and technical documentation
• Stay current with global innovations and internal group developments

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Process or Project Management background preferred)
• ECSA registration is a plus
• 10+ years in engineering roles within water, energy, or turnkey industrial projects
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects
• Strong technical foundation across multiple engineering disciplines
• Commercial acumen with a sharp eye for value, risk, and opportunity
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project planning tools
