Job Description
Seeking a Technical Distributions Manager to join a hospitality management company based in South Africa that operates a collection of luxury accommodations and experiences across prominent tourist destinations such as Cape Town, the Garden Route, and Langebaan. The company blends hotel-style service with self-catering convenience, offering everything from boutique hotels to seaside apartments and vacation villas.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage connectivity between PMS, channel managers, and distribution platforms
- Ensure accurate rate, package, and availability updates
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with tech partners
- Monitor and optimize channel performance and visibility
- Collaborate with revenue and reservations teams on distribution strategy
- Experience with hospitality distribution systems (PMS, CRS, GDS, OTAs)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
