We're looking for a Technical Coordinator for a growing international company based at their Northern Suburbs head office, who can keep their international field service network in sync, efficient, and future-ready. This is a growth role for someone with strong technical foundations and a passion for leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement.
As the heartbeat between their technicians, suppliers, and management, you'll:
Coordinate fault logging, escalation, and resolution between field teams and suppliers.
Monitor equipment performance data and deliver clear, accurate monthly reports that tell the real story behind the numbers.
Support the rollout of SOPs, training documentation, and preventive maintenance programmes.
Help build technician capability through upskilling programmes and competency tracking.
Provide second-line troubleshooting support alongside the Technical Lead.
Keep our spare parts and technical documentation organized and up to date in partnership with Supply Chain.

Requirements
National Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent BEngTech/BTech).
Advantageous: Red Seal Trade Test (Millwright, Electrician, or Fitter) with N6/supervisory training, or certifications in water treatment, HVAC, or field service systems.
Experience: 3-5 years' in technical support, field service, or equipment maintenance.
Familiar with water systems, HVAC, or food & beverage equipment.
Hands-on, organised, and ready to grow into a leadership role.
A process-driven problem solver who doesn't just fix issues but prevents them.
Calm under pressure and comfortable handling escalations with professionalism.
A team player with global cultural awareness, able to communicate across borders and backgrounds.
Someone who drives efficiency through systems and structure, not shortcuts.
A strong communicator with both technical fluency and people skills.
