Job Description

Job Summary
Oversee all Engineering operations to ensure the seamless functioning of facilities and infrastructure
Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance programs aligned with warranties, safety regulations, and best practices
Collaborate closely with Managers, Group Operational Manager, and Department Heads to address maintenance requests promptly and effectively
Plan and manage maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles, and systems across the group
Train, mentor, and develop staff to build a skilled and efficient maintenance team
Oversee contractors work are in aligh with quotes, budgets and quality of work is delivered
Source competitive quotes, establish relationships with approved service providers, and oversee procurement
Prepare and manage annual budgets, including CAPEX items and labour costs
Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, stock control, purchases, and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with all operational and safety standardsSkills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
Proven expertise project planning and execution
Strong skills in planning, process management, and service delivery
Proficiency in l budgeting
Competency in MS Office applications
Civil/ Mechanical or Industrial project experienceQualification:
