The Technology and Digital Innovation Executive will play a pivotal leadership role in driving technological excellence and innovation across the diverse portfolio of the Company. This executive role is responsible for shaping, executing, and aligning the group's overarching technology strategy, ensuring it directly supports business growth, enhances operational efficiency, and elevates customer engagement across all channels.
Acting as a strategic bridge between the group's leadership and its operating companies, the incumbent will oversee the implementation of digital initiatives and technology solutions that unlock value, improve visibility into business performance, and optimize retail and supply chain systems. The role demands a forward thinking leader who can effectively blend high-level strategic vision with hands-on, tactical oversight.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and proven leadership in multi brand, multi-channel environments, particularly within retail, outdoor lifestyle, or consumer-focused sectors. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the group's digital transformation journey and long-term
competitiveness.
Position available for a Technical and Digital Innovation Executive based in Pretoria.
Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years in IT or digital leadership roles within retail, wholesale, or distribution environments.
• Proven track record of executing ERP/ POS rollouts, systems integration, and retail tech.
• Strong grounding in operations, not just strategic IT consulting.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with business and technical teams.
• Leadership experience managing mid-size teams (5-20 people) and multiple vendors.
