Key performance areas:
Capture confidential information such as comments and messages from social media posts onto REDCap
Identify missing data, inconsistencies and errors and follow-up or report on missing data or errors
Compare data entered with source documents and make necessary corrections to information entered
Perform data cleaning
Perform necessary data back-ups
Respond to data quality queries posted by the Researcher and Project Manager
Liaise with relevant team members to make corrections on data before entry
Required minimum education and training
Save documents according to standard operating procedure
Take ownership and accountability for tasks and demonstrates effective self-management
Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistently and accurately maintained
Maintain a positive attitude and respond openly to feedback

Support the development of project stories for reporting and donor engagement using project data
Support the M&E lead to collect and analyze project data, tracking project performance and ensuring key milestones are met
Support NDoH processes to include DMPA-SC self-injection into DHIS indicators and primary care register
Lead the development and implementation of the training activities and capacity building plan
Coach and train team members and the DOH to ensure the acquisition of knowledge and skills required by the project
Conduct mentoring visits to provinces and implementing sites to support capacity building and knowledge exchange
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of capacity building interventions
Attend to all staffing requirements and administration including performance reviews
Supervise and manage the duties of subordinates to ensure optimal staff utilization and maintenance of sound labour relations
Perform and facilitate performance development and assessments
Identify substandard performance by team members and take necessary corrective action
Promote harmony, teamwork and sharing of information
Take ownership and accountability for tasks and demonstrate effective self-management
Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistently and accurately maintained
Maintain a positive attitude and respond openly to feedback
Take ownership for driving own career development in attending training and development sessions and relevant forums/meetings
Maintain and update knowledge of developments in field and expertise
Required minimum education and training:
BCurr, BNurs, Nursing Diploma, MBChB or equivalent, with experience in public health training, policy development and programme management
Required minimum work experience:
A minimum of 5 years in the Public Health Sector
Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities:
Extensive experience in sexual and reproductive health (SRH) with a focus on contraception, experience working directly on women's health, contraceptive programmes, especially in the context of health system strengthening, policy development, HIV and SRH integration, and implementation
Previous experience with contraceptive scale-up initiatives would be highly advantageous
Experience in developing and implementing training and capacity building interventions at a national scale
