Job Description
To provide support and technical advice where specialized knowledge is required to resolve problems, and enhance skill levels of customers and support staff
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
Qualified Technician
Valid driver's licence
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
5 Years related experience after qualification, including management exposure
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Technical support to technicians and mechanisation employees
Training
Customer service
Reporting
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
Good knowledge of AFGRI's product range
Computer literacy (MS Office and job related programs)
Good verbal expression and communication skills
Coaching and training skills
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
Willingness to travel and work irregular hours
Problem analysis
