Your Technical Electronic Security Experience is needed!!!
A leading supplier in the Electronic Security Industry, has an exciting opportunity at their East London Branch for a Branch Technical Advisor to assist customers telephonically, face to face and on site with all technical queries and problems.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with technical queries on all products sold.
- Provide a high standard of technical assistance to customers on-site and at the trade counter, and telephonically.
- Technical support is to be provided only on products purchased.
- Generate all necessary administration.
- Provide on-the-job coaching for staff in the branch.
- Check faulty goods prior to sending them in for repairs and complete the appropriate paperwork required.
- You will be required to assist at the trade counter as and when it becomes necessary.
- 2 - 3 years working experience as an installer or security product advisor
- Technical Qualification
- Computer Literate
- Understanding the practical workings of electronic security products
- Own vehicle and valid Drivers license
- Must be willing to travel
- Good technical house keeping skills
