The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Effectively leading a team of Quantitative Researchers to conduct as many high-quality survey interviews as possible with respondents who meet screening criteria
Consistently managing team productivity and morale
Ensuring all relevant standard operating procedures, workplace rules and policies are adhered to
Conducting high-quality survey interviews when required

Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
Staff management experience
Call centre experience
Survey fieldwork experience (advantageous)
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
Skills:
Telephone etiquette
Time management and organisation
Administration and attention to detail
Abilities:
Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
Be outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
Work independently
Apply sound judgement
Knowledge and Commitment:
Commitment to the Democratic Alliance principles, policies and program of action
