Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Team Leader - Plumbing to oversee and coordinate plumbing maintenance activities at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital. The successful candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and high-quality workmanship.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise plumbing maintenance tasks and repairs. Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001). Allocate work and monitor performance of Artisan Plumbers and Assistants. Maintain accurate records of time sheets, materials, and completed work. Identify and manage critical spares for plumbing equipment. Conduct risk assessments and apply best operating practices. Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment. Support other departments and perform reasonable ad hoc tasks.

Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of plumbing methods, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings. Proficient in soldering and brazing techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Willingness to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

Matric certificate. Trade Tested Plumber qualification. * Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a maintenance environment.
