Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement robust business strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and market opportunities.
Operational Management:
Oversee all daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, inspire, and mentor cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, and technical departments), fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Business Development & Client Relations:
Identify new business opportunities, drive sales and revenue growth, and build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and external partners.
Innovation & Problem Solving:
Champion innovation, assess new technologies and market trends, and implement solutions to complex business and operational challenges to maintain a competitive edge.
Risk Management & Compliance:

Required Skills and Qualifications

In-depth working knowledge of low code solutions specifically Microsoft
