Role Overview


We are seeking an dynamic and strategic Business Manager and Leader to oversee our operations, drive business growth, and provide visionary leadership to our technology teams. This executive-level role demands a blend of strong financial acumen, strategic planning abilities, and a deep understanding of the tech landscape to ensure we remain competitive and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement robust business strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and market opportunities.

Operational Management:

Oversee all daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, inspire, and mentor cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, and technical departments), fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Business Development & Client Relations:

Identify new business opportunities, drive sales and revenue growth, and build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and external partners.

Innovation & Problem Solving:

Champion innovation, assess new technologies and market trends, and implement solutions to complex business and operational challenges to maintain a competitive edge.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Proactively identify potential risks (market, operational, and cybersecurity) and implement mitigation strategies and governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred). 6 years of progressive leadership and management experience, preferably within a technology solutions or IT environment. Proven track record of successful strategic planning, project management, and business development initiatives. In-depth working knowledge of low code solutions specifically Microsoft Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in budget management and financial reporting. Superior leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Adaptable, agile, and a strategic thinker capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R60000,00 - R100000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cape Town, Western Cape 8000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Microsoft (Preferred)
