Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of MTN or Cell C agents (sales or support)
Monitor daily performance and ensure KPIs and targets are met
Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints effectively
Prepare performance reports and communicate team progress to management
Motivate and build a positive, high-performance team culture
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Collaborate with other departments for smooth workflow and issue resolution
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within telecoms (MTN, Cell C, Vodacom, etc.)
Strong knowledge of MTN or Cell C products and services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
Target-driven with a strong sales or service mindset
Proficient in using CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
Matric (Grade 12) required; relevant diploma or certification is a plus
