to lead and manage a dynamic sales/customer service team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background working within the
Cell C environment
, understand the systems, products, and operational processes, and be capable of driving team performance to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
Ensure full compliance with Cell C policies, procedures, and service standards.
Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and report to management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cell C products, promotions, and systems.
Foster a positive, goal-driven team culture.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience working within Cell C operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Cell C systems and reporting tools.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required.
