Team Leader

to join our FNB Collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal agents. Implement the collections strategies Good with Reporting via Powerpoint and Excel Monitor performance and ensure all feedback is reported accurately and on time. Use and manage systems such as

SWORDFISH

and

CAS

Report directly to the Manager with regular updates on team performance and action plans.

Requirements:

Proven experience in debt recovery and working with

SWORDFISH

,

CAS

, and

OTHER

systems. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient file allocation and follow-up..
