Debt Collections Call Center Team Leader
Job Description
/ Skills:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new collection agents.
Train and mentor collection agents to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection agents against established KPI's.
Handle escalated collection cases with professionalism and effectiveness.
Provide regular feedback and support to collection agents to foster improvement.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their goals and maintain high morale.
Work closely with the Collections Manager, maintaining regular communication and reporting.
Seek self-motivated team players who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or debt recovery.
Proven experience as a Collections Team Leader or Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R14000,00 - R16000,00 per month
