Max Attention Services is seeking a
skilled and experienced Team Leader
to lead electrical and solar installation projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team on solar and electrical installations Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards Motivate and guide team members on-site Make quick, effective decisions when faced with challenges Liaise with management and ensure project deadlines are met
Minimum Requirements:
Must
NOT
be self-employed Proven experience insolar installations and electrical work
Proven experience inleading a team
Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure Willingness to worklong hours, public holidays, and weekends when required
Willing totravel
Validdriver's license
(mandatory)PV GreenCard certification
Must beregistered with the Department of Labour
