We are seeking a driven individual , the team will make appointments and a small sales team that can sell directly to customer
Key Responsibilities
Goal Setting & Planning:
Establish clear goals for the team and develop strategies and plans to achieve them.Task Delegation:
Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and strengths.Performance Monitoring & Feedback:
Track team progress and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.Coaching & Development:
Identify training needs, coach team members to develop their skills, and nurture their strengths.Motivation & Environment:
Create a positive, collaborative work environment, motivate team members, and recognize accomplishments.Communication:
Facilitate effective communication within the team and serve as a point of contact for higher management.Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve issues and conflicts that arise within the team.Resource Management:
Allocate and manage resources to ensure the team has what it needs to complete tasks.Reporting:
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on team performance, project progress, and key metrics.Team Leader Traits
Leadership:
Leads by example, inspiring the team to achieve desired results.Organizational Skills:
Manages workflows, plans, and schedules to ensure timely task completion.Problem-Solving Skills:
Addresses and resolves issues, both technical and interpersonal, to keep the team on track.Communication Skills:

Pay: R8000,00 - R13000,00 per month
