Support, guide, and lead the sales team.
Training new members of the sales team
Define sales objectives and goals and develop sales strategies and tactics
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to increase company revenue and achieve sales targets
Monitoring sales performance, evaluate sales team performance and addressing issues when necessary
Completing sales reports and other administrative work
Addressing customer/partners service issues that need to be escalated
Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals
Train and coach sales team members and provide support and corrective measures
Foster teamwork, collaboration, communication, and customer satisfaction and loyalty
Assign work and allocate resources appropriately and as needed
Supporting the sales management team as needed.
Requirements
Must be able to adapt to change quickly
Must be able to coach and be able to influence individuals.
Must be passionate, disciplined, Persistent, Accountable and be able work well with others.
Leadership skills Computer literacy (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Insurance/Broker/Sales/Underwriting background.
Minimum of 12 months' work experience in sales.
