Job description
Develop and manage sales plans that drive revenue and control expenses Lead generation coordination with the marketing team Monitor daily reports and team performance Collaborate with QA to maintain and improve quality standards Set and manage individual and team sales targets Facilitate training and team meetings Motivate, coach and upskill your team Track sales goals and report on progress Ensure targets are consistently met Drive a performance-based culture
Minimum requirements
Matric (Grade 12) 1-3 years' outbound sales team management experience Experience with predictive dialers and outbound call centres Strong background in sales strategy and report management Excellent communication and leadership skills * Proven ability to deliver results through your team
