Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple African jurisdictions
• Manage transfer pricing, tax planning, and tax reporting in line with global standards
• Provide advisory support on cross-border transactions, restructures, and business expansions
• Liaise with Revenue Authorities and External Advisors to resolve audits and ensure compliance
• Identify and implement tax efficiency opportunities within business operations
• Support legal, treasury, and commercial teams on tax-related matters
• Contribute to the design and implementation of tax risk and governance frameworks
• Stay abreast of changes in international tax laws and local regulatory developments

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Honours in Taxation is essential
• Minimum 5 years' experience in international tax, preferably within a multinational or advisory environment
• Exposure to tax matters across the Africa zone is essential
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and international tax frameworks
• Experience in managing complex tax structures
