Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established Accounting & Tax Firm based in Ballito. This is a permanent office-based position and the salary is negotiable in the R17k to R25k per month subject to experience.
Position summary:
Complete income tax returns to various types of taxpayers. Handle SARS verifications. Submit objections, appeals and requests for remission. Register and deregister taxpayers for various tax types. Handle escalations and complaints. Calculate and submit provisional tax. Submit dividends tax returns. Maintain tax compliance. Update details with SARS. Attend SARS appointments and respond to SARS and client queries.
Position requirements:
Proficient in E-Filing and tax compliance processes. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently. Own vehicle required. Qualification is Tax/ Accounting is advantageous.
