Summary
We're hiring: Tax Business Analyst that supports tax-related initiatives across systems.
Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, coordinating tax testing, and delivering tax change requests.
Description
As a Tax Business Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for tax-related changes and enhancements across the S&I Product Scope.
- Support tax testing activities, including test planning, execution coordination, and defect resolution
- Analyse the impact of regulatory and business changes
- Maintain and improve documentation for key tax processes to ensure auditability and knowledge transfer
- Liaise with technical teams, testers, and compliance to ensure tax compliance across all relevant systems
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Taxation, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst within financial services, banking, or tax-focused environments
- Experience with systems and platforms within the S&I Product Scope
- Proven involvement in SARS or TAX related projects
- Familiarity with S&I Product Scope
- Working knowledge of tax-related applications
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
