Depending on operational requirements you may be required to adhere to higher minimum productivity standards (balance of activities), from time-to-time while still maintaining the required high-quality standards:

To ensure ongoing profitability, the following activities are encouraged:

As a guideline to business development and the developing / maintaining of key accounts that lead to ongoing revenue generation: * Minimum of 50 tele sales calls per week. These calls must be planned the previous day utilising the daily planner and the Ditto Hire recruitment system.

  • Undertake 5 new and 2-3 existing client visits per week which must be recorded using the Company Ditto Hire recruitment system.
  • The above activities must result in at least 5 qualified job specs per week, of which at least two should be from new clients or new departments in existing client companies.
  • As a guideline to sourcing and preparing candidates for qualified client job orders:
  • 10 thorough targeted-selection candidate interviews personally undertaken face-to-face per week (telephonic interviews may only be considered for candidates not within your own province).
  • Undertake two detailed targeted-selection references, MIE credit/criminal checks and other required verifications on all applicants prior to referral to clients.
  • 10 CV send-outs of suitable candidates (where face-to-face interviews and reference checks have been conducted) on qualified job specs per week.
  • 5 referrals (i.e. interviews arranged between clients and candidates) per week.
Due to the competitive pressure from competitors for permanent job specifications, you are required to identify suitable candidates within 48 hours of receiving the job specification and for a-typical placements, within 4 hours.
  • Ensure that Towerxe2x80x99s SLA / Terms and Conditions of Service are signed by a duly authorized official of the client company prior to working on any job specification received.
  • Finding sufficient suitable candidates via Ditto Hire xe2x80x9cpost-boxxe2x80x9d/database search, liaison with other branches, networking, internet / website advertising, social media program searches & active searches (e.g., on PNET), liaison with colleagues and headhunting in addition to print media advertising.
  • Timeously submitting suitable candidates to other consultants or branches where required.
  • Perform recruitment system (Ditto Hire) capturing for every candidate interviewed within 24 hours of the interview taking place.
  • Ensure that every client/candidate/job spec record/file contains accurate and complete information, including hardcopies of all documents.
  • It is an inherent job requirement that all daily and weekly client, candidate & recruitment contact / activities are accurately and timeously recorded on the Companyxe2x80x99s recruitment system (Ditto Hire). These activities must be recorded on the same day that they take place and must be an accurate reflection of the actual interaction. Failure to accurately and timeously record all interactions will be dealt with in terms of the Companyxe2x80x99s Disciplinary Code.
  • Prepare daily reports to be submitted by 16h30 each day.
  • Prepare weekly reports to be submitted by 12h00 each Monday.
  • Always maintain a high degree of professionalism and ethical conduct in line with Company Policies and APSO standards.
  • Comply with all Tower rules & regulations and abide by our Disciplinary Code, a copy of which is displayed in our offices.
  • Maintain acceptable timekeeping i.e., 08h00 to 17h00 plus whatever additional time which may be required; Where the arrival/departing times are varied this remains a special concession and may revert to the original Company times with 7-daysxe2x80x99 notice.
  • Perform any other such lawful tasks as required by management from time-to-time.
