Initially focused on an RPO project for a major security company in the Middle East, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a pivotal operations support role across various business areas.This is a unique chance to work alongside senior leadership, directly contributing to candidate sourcing, administrative efficiency, and broader business operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and enjoy juggling multiple hats-from compliance tasks to strategic support-this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, approach, and pre-screen potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain an organised and searchable candidate database.
  • Conduct initial outreach via email and phone to spark interest in open roles.
  • Schedule and manage Zoom interviews, ensuring candidates align with client standards (e.g., communication skills, professional presentation).
Administrative & Compliance Support
  • Oversee compliance documentation for candidates, especially in healthcare recruitment.
  • Manage onboarding, collect required paperwork, and chase timesheets.
  • Handle time-intensive clerical tasks that are critical to daily operations.
Operational Support
  • Act as a right hand to the Operations Director and senior leadership, providing seamless task support.
  • Take initiative in offloading routine tasks to enable strategic focus for leadership.
  • Assist with broader operations, including potential support in marketing or new ventures like healthcare training services.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment workflows.
  • Background in compliance-heavy or healthcare-related admin work is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator-both in writing and over the phone.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently without constant oversight.
  • Reliable access to a laptop and high-speed internet connection.
