We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a Talent Sourcer at Black Pen Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with top-tier talent within the FinTech industry. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Admin or Talent Sourcer
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.).
• Experience using an ATS or CRM system
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the FinTech, Crypto, Finance, Engineering, Tech or Startup industry is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific talent requirements and job profiles.
• Utilise various sourcing strategies (online sourcing, networking, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate research to create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Engage with candidates through various communication channels to assess their interest and suitability.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in our ATS.
• Assist in creating engaging job advertisements and content for various platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and talent landscape changes.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry networking opportunities.
