Job Description

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in areas such as operating model design, organization analytics, transformational change management, talent and workforce analytics, strategic workforce planning, enterprise transformation, and human capital strategy.
• Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or Honours

Bonus Points for:

• Background in individual and/or organizational psychology, behavioral science, or clinical psychology.
• Strong organization and workforce analytics skills.
• Experience with a scientific approach to test behavior change initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools.
• Experience with implementing digital learning solutions (AR/VR/XR).
