About the Role
You'll lead the talent and performance agenda across the organisation - from designing talent frameworks to enabling succession planning and high performance. Working across HR and business teams, you'll provide toolkits, insights, and interventions that embed talent mobility and career growth at scale.
What You'll Do

• Design and implement the organisation's talent and performance strategy
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives
• Develop career ladders and competency frameworks across functions
• Build and optimise toolkits, processes, and talent technology
• Analyse talent data to inform strategy and close capability gaps
• Drive talent acceleration programmes and build internal pipelines
• Manage the full performance cycle - from goal-setting to reviews
• Align performance management with growth and retention strategies
• Partner with business and CoEs to influence and enable action

• Degree in HR, Organisational Development, or related field (postgrad an advantage)
• 10+ years total experience, with 5+ in talent and performance
• Proven record in designing and rolling out talent frameworks
• Strong understanding of career mobility, succession, and assessment tools
• Analytical and pragmatic, with a performance and growth mindset
• Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills
