You are responsible for the effective leadership, management & development of the Onboarding team. You will ensure that the Onboarding teams SLAxe2x80x99s & KPIxe2x80x99s are always achieved and processes are adhered to, by introducing and maintaining effective checking and governance processes.You will set clear expectations for individual and team performance, and provide coaching, support, and accountability to ensure high-quality delivery. You will lead regular check-ins and performance reviews with the Onboarding team to drive alignment, recognise achievements, and address performance gaps early.You will track key onboarding metrics to assess team productivity, quality, and compliance, using data to inform resourcing decisions and flag risks proactively. You will work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure that we create buzz and excitement for all new starters, through an exceptional Onboarding experience.
