Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, specialist, and head-office roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies
Drive high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and cultural fit
Proactively source candidates using creative and data-driven methods
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future needs
Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer stage as well as onboarding support
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and continuously improving
Will be reporting to HR Manager
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in in-house recruitment or agency recruitment (high-volume exposure essential)
Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A structured, organised approach - you're calm under pressure
Passion for people, culture, and building great teams
* Experience using ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
