Talent Business Partner (Sourcing) HR

In this strategic role, you will partner closely with business leaders, build powerful talent pipelines, uncover hidden gems in the market, and ensure every candidate has a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Develop strong, forward-thinking pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
• Conduct market mapping and proactive sourcing to uncover both active and passive talent.
• Use a mix of LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and social channels to find top performers.
• Nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady talent flow.
• Recruitment Execution

• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to define sourcing strategies and role profiles.
• Screen and shortlist talent aligned to role requirements.
• Support recruitment processes including scheduling, assessments, and interviews.
• Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance across all recruitment activities.
• Business Partnering

• Work closely with leaders to understand workforce needs and future talent requirements.
• Provide market insights, trends, and competitor intelligence.
• Advise hiring managers on sourcing best practices and recruitment risks.
• Candidate Experience

• Deliver professional, timely, and thoughtful candidate communication.
• Support a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
• Champion and strengthen the employer brand through consistent engagement.
• Handle all candidate interactions with confidentiality and care.
• Data, Reporting & Systems

• Track and report key sourcing metrics such as pipeline health and turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate records using HR systems and tools.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports for HR and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Industrial Psychology or Business Management.
• 57 years experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing across multiple role levels and business functions.
• Proven expertise with ATS systems, bulk recruitment, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing expertise with a flair for engaging passive candidates.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships across the business.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data meaningfully.
• High levels of organisation, resilience, and multitasking ability.
