About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of innovative methods.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Represent NSS at career fairs and networking events, championing our brand and EVP.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Registration as a Psychometrist will be beneficial.
  • At least 5 years' experience in recruitment, onboarding, or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple brands or business units and levels of the business.
  • Extensive experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Deep knowledge of employer branding
  • Proven success in high-volume and specialized recruitment, including headhunting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
