As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate at Sumer, you'll be at the heart of our growth, helping us find and attract top talent. Based in our hub in South Africa, you'll work hand in hand with the wider Talent Acquisition team in the UK to deliver smart, targeted sourcing strategies.
Your focus will be twofold: supporting recruitment for our Sumer Offshore Services (SOS) team in South Africa and manging high-volume hiring campaigns across the UK. This means you'll be involved in a wide range of roles - from specialist positions in Audit, Accounting and Tax, through to functional and business support areas like Marketing, HR and Finance.

The Role
Work with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners who represent each of our brands in the Sumer group and manage pipelines for multiple roles.
Own high-volume recruitment - sourcing and coordinating our SOS hires and supporting large-scale UK recruitment campaigns.
Proactively find and engage top talent through Linkedin, job boards, social media, referrals and professional networks.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles.
Collaborate with our other Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate on market mapping and sourcing strategies
Keep up to date with talent trends, tools, and competitor activity to shape sourcing strategies.
Spot opportunities to improve how we attract, source, and engage talent, making the process faster and more effective.
Use recruitment tools and analytics to track progress, measure success, and continuously refine sourcing activity.
The Person
Skills and experience:
Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting talent directly for multiple roles simultaneously, with minimal reliance on agencies.
Background in managing large candidate pipelines, ideally across both professional services and business support functions.
Strong coordination skills to juggle multiple processes, tasks, and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
Ability to conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural add effectively.
Track record of identifying and actioning improvements in sourcing and attraction.
Experience recruiting in the UK would be desirable but not essential
