Position Title: Talent Acquisition LeadPosition Type: Regular - Full-Time xe2x80x8bPosition Location: RosebankRequisition ID: 29031McCain Foods SA is on the hunt for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the function within the country. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of robust strategies to attract and hire qualified employees up to Executive level. The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with McCain leadership to enable growth by assessing needs and developing talent acquisition solutions to meet staffing needs. The candidate will oversee day-to-day talent acquisition operations including direct management of recruiting managers to ensure that end-to-end recruiting services are executed, whilst building a strong employment brand. This role will be based at our Rosebank office; however travel between business sites will be required.What we are looking for:Qualification and Experience:

  • Degree required in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, General Business or related field.
  • 7 plus years' experience in Talent Acquisition Human Resources consulting and/or corporate experience; including experience leading the function
  • 7 years of progressive recruiting experience a must, including the recruitment of executive level roles
  • Knowledge of talent development programs
  • Subject matter expert in recruiting components including, sourcing, qualifying, networking, relationship management, and due diligence for engineering position.
  • Experience with sourcing tools including social media recruiting
  • Experience in Talent Strategy development and implementation
  • Leading portfolio and driving talent retention
  • Working knowledge on onboarding and offboarding process and systems.
  • System Proficiency and utilisation with McCain branding
  • Demonstrated experience driving outcomes relating to customer needs and stakeholder engagement
