Where will the successful candidate fit in?
The successful candidate will be based within the HR team and will provide excellent recruitment administrative support. This involves screening of candidates, posting job ads, providing feedback, scheduling of interviews, sourcing of new candidates, tracking recruitment statistics and ensuring a smooth journey for candidates.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation of the overall recruitment strategy
Advertising job adverts on various online platforms
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
Organising all communications with candidates
Track recruitment KPI's and reporting (i.e. time to hire, source of hire, time to fill)
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video calls and face to face interviews)
Effective coordination of the full recruitment cycle.
Take responsibility of candidate onboarding and drive engagement with employees from their first interaction with the company
Social media championing for talent acquisition, using online and offline channels to identify and build a dialogue with the talent (careers page, online social media, events)
Promote the company's reputation as "best place to work"

Requirements
Minimum 2-3-years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Internal Recruiter, Agency Recruiter or similar role.
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
Familiarity with career websites such as PNet, Careers24, Indeed and Linkedin
Proven experience screening and interviewing candidates
Ability to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
Strong computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all organizational roles
Strong decision-making skills
