Job description
Provide administrative assistance/support to the TA team
Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job
Manage and update the TA drives, Google sheets with relevant information
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Assist TA Specialists in posting job ads on career pages where need be
Maintaining administrative systems, i.e. HR Shares drive with employment contracts created, Employee codes, etc.
General office administration functions
Pre-employment checks
References checks on candidates
Check data accuracy
Minimum requirements
National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
Bachelor degree (preferable)
2 years recruitment administration experience
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on and a positive attitude
Team player, with a high level of energy
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
